Having been out with 10 kilogramms for 40 and 45 kilometres it feels like it is stable no pain. In legs and feet as of that endurance adventure being on my feet for eight and nine hours. This here is the link to the trail: Fränkischer Dünenweg - Tourismusverband Franken

With a little fantasy one might think of Utah. Military good hipp-belt I transported beer, and phone, wallet and compass, lights, power-bench and map. Besides a sleeping-back I used Therma-Rest-Uberlite, 280g, the most light underlaying. Its comfortable and not noisy what is often said, and does isolate coldness from the ground very propperly.
